Newly installed, the “Goliath” nuclear flask transfer crane built by Messrs John Boyd Ltd of Annan all ready for use. The rear of Trawsfynydd Lake Halt shelter can be seen to the right of the photograph. The siding was separated from the main line by a wooden gate seen through the legs of the crane	1995 and a flask is being prepared for transfer from rail to road for its journey into the power station
