Phase 2 sees the opening of formal negotiations with the line Network Rail with a view to negotiating long term access to the line and the creation of an operational line with a heritage focus but also allowing for developments in support of the local community.

Having completed all of the paperwork and preparations leading up to these negotiations we have started to engage with Network Rail with a view to moving forward to future phases of the strategic plan. A part of this process was the investigation and creation of various processes and tools with the view to achieving the outcome of creating a heritage rail operation between Trawsfynydd Lake Halt and Blaenau Ffestiniog
